She’s THAT Girl Conference

She’s THAT Girl invites you to their 3rd annual conference on May 30, 2026. She’s THAT Girl is a unique mental health based female empowerment conference specifically for teen girls. Their mission is to create a safe space for teens to feel seen, heard, and validated while engaging in intentional conversations and workshops centering mental health and their lived experiences.

To extend their mission and impact, the conference provides holistic support to teens’ guardians as well through a mental health vendor fair, parent panel, and adult workshops that strengthen family engagement, access to mental health resources, and foster community healing.

She’s THAT Girl encourages attendees to connect, learn, reflect, grow while being reminded that they are indeed THAT girl!
