Bull City Youth Conference: Facilitator and Vendor Sign-Up

H.E.A.R.T.S. is hosting its annual Bull City Youth Conference – It’s a YOUth Thing on September 18-20th and is currently welcoming group facilitators, vendors, and sponsors to participate. The Bull City Youth Conference is a movement dedicated to empowering, educating, and elevating the next generation of youth and young parents in Durham. Tickets for the conference will go on sale at the end of June.

Consider registering as a:

Group Facilitator: Lead an engaging, interactive workshop that equips youth with tools for leadership development, self-care,  mental health, healthy relationships, financial and career development, parenting, and so much more. We welcome dynamic speakers, educators, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who are passionate about youth empowerment. Registration will close June 10, 2026.

Vendor: Showcase your business or organization while connecting directly with youth, families, and community leaders. This is a great opportunity to share resources, promote services, and build visibility. Registration requires a two-step process. Complete the registration form. Once reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive an invoice to submit payment.

Sponsor: Your sponsorship helps provide youth with access to workshops, leadership development, transportation assistance, meals, supplies, lodging, and life‑changing experiences. Sponsorship is a direct investment in the future of our community.
