Connections Matter in Early Education Training

December 3, 2025 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
$40

Connections Matter in Early Education is a community-driven initiative that highlights the powerful role human connection plays in shaping brain development and supporting our ability to cope, grow, and thrive. This specialized training hosted by the Positive Childhood Alliance equips Early Childhood Educators with essential knowledge on the interconnected topics of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, brain development, and resilience. Grounded in evidence-informed practices and enriched with real-world examples, the training illustrates how ACEs can negatively impact a child’s developing brain and overall well-being—while also showing how nurturing, supportive relationships can act as a vital protective buffer against these effects.

Tailored specifically for the early education field, Connections Matter Early Education aims to foster more resilient, compassionate, and trauma-informed educators, classrooms, and communities—empowering every child to reach their full potential.

This training is for Positive Childhood Alliance Members. While ALL are welcome – this is a fee-based training event and there is limited seating capacity! To ensure your spot, complete this interest form and a member of the PCANC team will reach out to confirm your registration and provide your payment portal ($40 per person).
