Ready, Set, Baby Class (Spanish)

Family Matters Durham invites you to this free prenatal breastfeeding education class designed to help you get ready for your baby, whether you are a first-time parent or adding to your family. These classes are a great way to prepare for pregnancy, birth, and life with a newborn. You’ll get helpful information on breastfeeding, postpartum care, and what to expect in those early weeks. The class is packed with conversations, resources, and a raffle prize at the end! Snacks will be provided. Offered in both English and Spanish.

The next class is at South Regional Library on Thursday, June 25 at 10:30am in Spanish.
